Start with a free assessment.

During this first session we evaluate your movement and talk about your training goals. We ask you to perform several exercises that allow us to assess three things: mobility, strength, and form. Based on the assessment, we build an individualized workout program that meets your needs (number of sessions per week, private versus semi-private sessions). You will use your program for your training sessions (private or semi-private). At the end of each 4-week period, you will be assessed and a new program will be created that progressively increases weight, mobility and intensity while continually challenging your weaknesses.

Private training is recommended for clients that need to work on form, are recovering from injuries, or want the most personalized training experience.

We offer nutrition services for optimal training performance. We can advise on nutrition for increasing gains as well as weight loss. Curious about macro counting, micronutrient deficiencies, and meal planning? We can help with that too. Meet with our expert to discuss your individual needs.
